摘　　要：手写签名应用于医疗行业能够最大程度减少患者在门诊看病的等待时间,提高医生出诊效率。在应用手写签名的同时可进行身份认证,操作过程中不仅能进行可视化签名,同时可以进行身份信息读取,将身份信息与签名信息绑定,可达到签名信息的防伪造、防篡改的目的。当需要患者或家属签名时,可将身份信息和签名信息存储到电子病历系统中,促进医院无纸化办公的发展。Handwritten signature can be used to reduce the waiting time of patients in clinic and improve their efficiency.At the same time in the application of handwritten signature for identity authentication,the process not only can visualize the signature,and can read the identity information,identity information and signature information binding,can achieve information signature forgery,tamper proof purpose.When the patient or family members are required to sign,the identity information and the signature information can be stored in the electronic medical record system,so as to promote the development of the paperless office in the hospital.
