摘　　要：本文通过对高危妊娠的预防治疗及监测管理的现状分析,提出危重病信息化监测管理的需求,阐述通过对孕产妇诊疗信息的采集、处理、监测和分析,建立围产期高危妊娠管理流程及监测预警信息系统,进一步降低孕产妇死亡率和围产儿死亡率以期造福临床。Through the situation analysis of high-risk pregnancy in prevention treatment and censoring management with the purpose of electronization and informationization in high-risk patient management,the author describes the establishment of perinatal high-risk pregnancy management process and monitoring and early warning information system through the collection,treatment,monitoring and analysis of maternal medical treatment information,and further reduces maternal mortality and perinatal mortality in order to benefit clinical practice.
