摘　　要：当前计算机技术日益成熟,网络技术发展迅速,计算机设备不断普及,并且在各个行业中发挥着重要的作用,成为人们工作、学习和生活中不可或缺的一部分,并从根本上改变了人们的工作方式和思维模式,使得人类社会进入了信息时代。作为重要的人才培养基地,为了进一步提升大学生的综合素质和计算机应用水平,我国高等院校大都十分重视计算机公共机房的建设,建立了完善的计算机机房管理制度,并不断进行硬件和软件的更新换代,但是在现有的发展模式下很多高校计算机公共机房管理中存在诸多问题,如何科学、合理维护机房公共设施、提升机房的维护与管理质量成为摆在管理者面前的难题。笔者主要针对计算机机房管理系统中存在的主要问题和解决策略进行了系统的探究,希望对高校计算机公共机房的管理有一定的启示意义。At present,computer technology is becoming more and more mature,network technology is developing rapidly,computer equipment is popular,and plays an important role in various industries.It becomes an indispensable part of people's work,study and life,and fundamentally changes people The mode of work and thinking,making the human society into the information age.As an important personnel training base,in order to further enhance the overall quality of college students and computer application level,most of our institutions of higher learning attach great importance to the construction of computer public room,the establishment of a sound computer room management system,and continuous hardware and software replacement However,in the existing development model,there are many problems in the management of public computer rooms in colleges and universities.How to maintain and improve the quality of maintenance and management of the engine room has become a difficult problem in front of managers.The author mainly discusses the main problems and solutions in the computer room management system,and hopes to have some inspiration for the management of computer public room in colleges and universities.
