摘  要:随着信息技术的快速发展,用户对服务的响应时间要求越来越高,性能优秀的信息系统就显得尤为重要,系统管理员或DBA则应了解其性能水平。笔者针对基于Oracle数据库的信息系统,从用户的可体验性和管理员的可监控性两个方面,介绍了CPU子系统和IO子系统性能预测分析的过程。通过mpstat、iostat命令行工具,v$session等视图收集大量的操作系统和Oracle数据,借助数理统计工具确定工作负载数据"基准"的置信区间,使用精度较高的ErlangC函数得出预测结果,并综合分析了工作负载增长率对CPU子系统和IO子系统的响应时间的影响。最后,介绍了应对风险的方法和对信息系统进行性能预测分析的意义。With the rapid development of information technology,and higher demand of users on service response time,an excellent performance of information system is becoming particularly important,so the administrator or DBA should understand its performance level.Through information system based on oracle database,considered with a view to user’s experience and manager’s monitoring,this paper introduces the performance prediction&analysis of CPU subsystem and IO subsystem respectively.First,this paper collects large amounts fo data about operation system and oracle by using mpstat,iostat commands and views like v$session;through mathematical statistics tools and multi-class workload models,gives the confidence interval for the workload data"baseline";then,obtains the prediction results by using Erlang C function,and comprehensively analysis the influence of workload arrival rate to the response time of CPU subsystem and IO subsystem.Finally,this paper introduces the methods of dealing with the risks and the significance of performance prediction&analysis on information systems.
