摘  要:针对智能光网络(ASON)应用现状对应用型通信工程人才培养提出的要求,结合我校教师科研情况提出ASON系列课程之《光纤通信》教学改进新思路.改进后的教学策略以行业对人才的要求为导向,注重巩固光技术基础原理的同时充分利用开放性实验室引导学生将项目导入全真模拟的无源光网络(PON)实训平台练习,让学生在项目实施过程中塑造良好的专业素养.实践证明,新思路下的教学方式可显著提高学生对ASON认知和工程应用能力,所培养的人才能够在短时间内适应岗位.According to the intelligent optical network(ASON)application request for the cultivation of application-oriented talent of communication engineering,combined with the research situation of our school teachers of the optical fiber communication course<>ASON series of improvement of teaching new ideas.The improved teaching strategies to the industry demand for talent oriented,focus on consolidating principle based optical technology and fully the open laboratory will guide students to passive optical network project into the simulation(PON)platform to practice,let students create good professional accomplishment in the project implementation process.Practice has proved that the new ideas of the teaching methods can significantly improve the students’cognitive ability of ASON and the engineering application,the cultivation of talents to meet the job in a short period of time.
