我国高技术产业与区域经济协调关系的时空差异——基于四大经济区域数据的分析

摘　　要：在分析高技术产业与区域经济互动机理的基础上,基于系统论视角构建高技术产业与区域经济综合评价指标体系,以2002—2015年数据为样本,运用协调发展度模型对我国东部、中部、西部及东北地区四大经济区域高技术产业与区域经济协调关系进行分析。结果表明:两系统存在较为明显的耦合特征,各区域协调关系在时间上表现出不断上升态势,在空间上呈现不同的发展路径。因此,应从系统论视角看待高技术产业与区域经济发展,各区域应采取不同措施提高两系统的协调发展水平,各区域提升系统协调发展水平的着力点应有所不同。Based on the system science theory,this paper firstly analyses the interaction mechanism between high-tech industry and regional economy and constructs the comprehensive evaluation indexes of two systems.Using coordinated development degree model,this paper analyses empirically the coordination relationship between high-tech industry and regional economy based on China’s four major economic zone with data from 2002 to 2015.The research results show that there is apparent coupling development characteristic between high-tech industry and regional economy,the coordinated relationship between the two systems presents the rising trend and the different path of development spatially.Furthermore,this paper puts forward some suggestions that the relationship between high-tech industry and regional economy should be reassessed from system perspective,the local government should take different measures to improve the level of coordinated development of two system based on regional characteristics,and the key points in regional development of the system should be different.
