基于农户视角的农业可持续发展评价——以河南省粮食生产核心区为例

摘　　要：从农户生产行为与农业可持续发展的内在机理出发,在"压力-状态-效应-响应"逻辑模型框架下构建农户尺度的农业可持续发展评价指标体系,并利用河南省粮食生产核心区农户调研数据进行研究。结果表明:(1)河南省粮食生产核心区农业可持续发展综合指数平均值为69.66,还有很大的提升空间。其空间分布呈现一定的规律性。在区域之间差异方面,经济发展水平与农业可持续发展综合指数之间存在空间正向相关关系;在区域内部差异方面,区位条件越优越的农户,其农业可持续发展综合指数反而越低。(2)不同土地经营规模农户和不同兼业类型农户的农业可持续发展综合指数的差异状况呈现一定的规律性,随着土地经营规模和农户兼业程度的提高,农业可持续发展指数分别呈现"U"型和倒"U"型的变化趋势。This paper conducts the research from the theory of the farmers’production behavior and agricultural sustainable development,and trys to create a logical frame model of pressure-status-effect-response(PSER)which is based on the household behavior,and establishes the model of the evaluation and policy scene simulation of the agricultural sustainable development on the scale of household,and uses the data of survey from household in the core area of grain production in Henan Province to prove it.The conclusion is as follow:(1)The average of comprehensive index on agricultural sustainable development in the core area of grain production in Henan Province is 69.66,which has a great potential to promote.The spatial distribution turn out to be regular in some degree,the higher level the economy,agricultural resource and production condition is,the higher comprehensive index of agricultural sustainable development is,the better condition the farms have,the lower comprehensive index of agricultural sustainable development is.(2)The comprehensive index of agricultural sustainable development of famers in different managing scale and different type of concurrent business household present into regularity in some degree:with the increasing degree of land managing sacle and famer household type,the comprehensive index of agricultural sustainable development is tend to present into shape of“U”and shape of upside-down“U”.
