摘　　要：目的探讨针刺足三里、三阴交穴辅助麻醉对妇科围手术期患者疼痛的临床效果。方法将140例妇科择期手术患者按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各70例;对照组给予围手术期常规麻醉方法,治疗组在对照组麻醉基础上采用针刺足三里、三阴交,比较两组术后患者的相关指标及疼痛情况。结果治疗组术后8h、24h、48h疼痛VAS评分显著低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组术毕患者拔管时间、睁眼时间显著低于对照组,且有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论妇科手术围手术期采用针刺足三里、三阴交穴辅助麻醉可明显减轻患者术后疼痛,提高手术质量,对临床有借鉴意义。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of acupuncture at Zusanli and Sanyinjiao acupoints assisted by gynecological surgery in patients with perioperative pain in gynecology.Methods 140 cases of gynecological surgery quasi-scheduled patients according to random number table were divided into control group and treatment group,each group of 70 cases;control group given perioperative anesthesia,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of anesthesia Acupuncture Zusanli,Sanyinjiao two points method to compare the two groups of patients after surgery related indicators and pain.Results The pain VAS scores of the treatment group at 8h,24h and 48h postoperatively were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The extubation time and eye opening time of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group Significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative gynecological surgery acupuncture Zusanli,Sanyinjiao assisted anesthesia can significantly reduce postoperative pain and improve the quality of surgery,a reference for the clinical significance.
