摘　　要：目的分析宁夏吴忠市某综合性医院2011-2015年农药中毒病例的特征,为预防和控制农药中毒的发生提供科学依据。方法收集宁夏吴忠市某综合医院2011-2015年所有救治的农药中毒病例数据并进行统计分析。结果 2011-2015年吴忠市某综合医院农药中毒病例共136例,死亡8例,病死率为5.88%;其中非生产性农药中毒126例,占总中毒人数的92.65%,而非生产性农药中毒又以自服为主(96例),占非生产性农药中毒人数的76.19%。生产性农药中毒男性与女性中毒人数相等,非生产性农药中毒女性高于男性;农药中毒有明显的季节性,病例主要集中在第二、三季度。由有机磷农药所致的中毒人数最多,占72.05%。结论宁夏吴忠市某综合医院农药中毒病例以非生产性自服为主,农药中毒对群众的生命安全和健康造成了一定的危害,相关部门应加强农药安全管理知识的宣传教育心理健康指导。Objective To analyze the characteristics of the pesticide poisoning cases during 2011-2015 in a hospital of WuZhong City in Ningxia.Methods Information of the pesticide poisoning cases was collected from a comprehensive hospital of WuZhong City in Ningxia.Results Of 136 pesticide poisoning cases,8 cases died and the case fatality rate was 5.88%while 126 cases were unproductive pesticide poisoning,accounting for 92.65%of the total pesticide poisoning.The number of male and female victims of productive pesticide poisoning was equal,and the number of female non-productive pesticide poisoning was higher than that of male.Pesticide poisoning was significantly seasonal,with cases mainly in the second and third quarters.The major cause of pesticide poisoning was organophosphorus,accounting for 72.05%.Conclusion The pesticide poisoning in Wuzhong city affects people's life and health seriously.The relevant departments should strengthen the health education,supervision and management of pesticide safety.
