论新时代廉政组织与廉政文化协同反腐及其机理

摘　　要：中国特色社会主义进入新时代,我党着眼于新的形势任务,发挥廉政组织与廉政文化协同作用,遏制腐败蔓延势头,取得了显著成效。一方面,发挥廉政组织的惩戒功能,以零容忍的态度惩治腐败;另一方面,培育风清气正的廉政文化,净化组织生态。以廉政组织与廉政文化协同反腐,将正式约束与非正式约束有效结合,推动中国特色腐败治理创新。Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era.The Party has achieved remarkable results in promoting the collaborative anti-corruption of integrity organization and integrity culture,as well as in curbing the spread of corruption.On one hand,the integrity organization punishes corruption with zero tolerance.On the other hand,integrity culture are cultivated to clean the organization ecosystem.The collaboration of integrity agency and culture promotes anti-corruption with both formal and informal restrictions.
