摘 要:石油化工生产企业作为国民经济体系的重要组成部分,对能源供应以及资源配置等方面发挥着重大作用,石油化工企业具有生产规模大、工艺复杂,以及高温、高压、高腐蚀、易燃易爆等特点,为确保石油化工生产装置的安全、稳定、高效的运行,对生产装置进行计划性大修来恢复设备的性能,恢复生产装置的最大功能是非常必要的。石油生产装置大修工程组织管理是一项复杂的工作,参与人员多,涉及的专业多,管理内容多,管理周期长,管理的效果对企业生产经营有着重大的影响,是企业一项重之又重的工作。文章以生产装置大修工作作为研究核心,从组织领导、计划方案和施工统筹、施工风险评估以及施工方案等管理手段方面入手,构建起现代化的石油化工生产装置修理的组织管理机制。As an important part of the national economic system,petrochemical enterprises play an important role in energy supply and resource allocation.Petrochemical enterprises have the characteristics of large production scale,complex process,high temperature,high pressure,high corrosion,flammable and explosive.In order to ensure the safe,stable and efficient operation of petrochemical production equipment,it is necessary to cany out a planned overhaul of the production unit to restore the performance of the equipment and to restore the maximum function of the production unit.The organization and management of oil production equipment overhaul project is a complex work,involving many personnel,professional,content and a long management cycle,and the management effect has a significant impact on enterprise production and operation,so it is a heavy work for enterprises.Taking the overhaul work of production plant as the research core,this paper constructs the modem organization and management mechanism ofpetrochemical production plant repair from the aspects of organization and leadership,planning scheme and construction overall planning,construction risk assessment and construction scheme management.
