摘 要:目的了解我县居民饮用水中碘的含量,为有效预防控制饮用水碘的发生和正确食用加碘食盐提供依据。方法 2017年3~8月期间,采集我县17个区域(包括城区、乡镇和以行政村为单位)的居民生活饮用水,采用国家碘缺乏病参照实验室生活饮用水中碘化物的检测方法测定。结果抽检241份水样,其中集中式供水水样44份,分散式供水水样197份,饮用水碘值最低接近0μg/L,最高为53.34μg/L,均值5.26μg/L,标准差4.66μg/L,大部分地区饮用水碘值均在10.0μg/L以下。结论我县生活饮用水源属碘缺乏饮用水源,在一定程度上影响人体健康。Objective To prevent the occurrence of drinking water iodine and provide evidence of iodized salt intake properly by investigating the level of iodine in the drinking water of our county's citizens.Methods Drinking water samples of 17 areas(including the city proper,towns and villages)in our county were collected and assessed by using the test method detecting iodide of drinking water in accordance with the national reference laboratory of iodine deficiency disorders.Results Out of 241 water samples detected,44 were from centralized water supply and 197 from non-centralized water supply.The lowest level of drinking water iodine was nearly 0μg/L and highest was 53.34μg/L.The average level was 5.26μg/L and the standard deviation was 4.66μg/L.The levels of drinking water iodine in most areas were under 10.0μg/L.Conclusion The drinking water in our county was iodine-deficient and could affect human health to a certain extent.
