综合护理在糖尿病周围血管神经病变患者中应用的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨糖尿病周围血管神经病变(diabetic neuropathy around blood vessels,DPN)患者实施综合护理的临床效果。方法选择我院2015年9月～2017年8月期间收治的106例DPN患者为研究对象,遵照随机数字表法分为常规组(n=53)与综合组(n=53)。常规组患者实施常规护理,综合组患者实施综合护理,对两组患者血糖水平、护理效果及护理满意度进行统计对比。结果相较于常规组患者,综合组患者空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2 hPPG)水平更低[(8.6±1.5)mmol/L vs(6.1±1.2)mmol/L、(11.8±1.9)mmol/L vs(10.7±1.7)mmol/L],差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在护理总有效率、护理满意度方面,综合组患者高于常规组患者(94.3%vs 77.4%、96.2%vs 83.0%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DPN患者实施综合护理的临床效果更加显著,不仅可以降低患者血糖水平,还可以提高护理效果与护理满意度,是一种值得临床推广与应用的护理方式。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in the patients with diabetic peripheral neurovascular disease(DPN).Methods A total of 106 patients with DPN who were admitted to our hospital from September 2015 to August 2017 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number table,the patients were divided into two groups:conventional group(n=53)and comprehensive group(n=53).The conventional group was given routine care,and the comprehensive group was given comprehensive care.The blood sugar level,nursing effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were statistically compared.Results The fasting blood glucose(FPG)and 2 h postprandial blood glucose(2 hPPG)were lower in the comprehensive group than those in the conventional group[(8.6±1.5)mmol/L vs(6.1±1.2)mmol/L,(11.8±1.9)mmol/L vs(10.7±1.7)mmol/L],and the difference was significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total effective nursing and nursing satisfaction,the comprehensive group was higher than the conventional group(94.3%vs 77.4%,96.2%vs 83.0%),respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of comprehensive nursing in DPN patients is more significant.It not only can reduce the blood sugar level of patients,but also improve the nursing effect and nursing satisfaction.It is a nursing method worthy of clinical promotion and application.
