肛周脓肿的病因学浅析

摘　　要：临床统计发现,肛周脓肿有男性多于女性,青壮年多于老年,矮胖型多于瘦高型等特征,提醒我们:肛周脓肿的发病或许与雄激素有关,但激素发挥作用,还需要受体参与。雄激素来源于机体对内外环境的反应。在了解雄激素对肛周脓肿发挥作用的同时还应同时了解影响雄激素分泌的相关因素,如情绪、饮食、压力等。希望从肛周组织雄激素受体、血清雄激素或影响二者动态变化的因素等方面来分析肛周脓肿的起源和发展,从而丰富肛周脓肿的病因起源理论,为治疗和预防肛周脓肿提供新思路。Perianal abscess play an important role in the anorectal diseases,brought pain for patient in the“silent”.At present,the surgical incision and drainage is the eradication treatment of perianal abscess of first-line,but has a risk of trauma and iatrogenic anal incontinence,although the risks gradually decreased with the medical level improved,but patients often don’t understand and misgivings when face risks and the complications of the surgery.Antibiotic therapy is the second-line regimen,while it often leads to complex anal fistula when perianal abscess is repeated or delayed.The origins of the anus week abscess has been debated:Perianal abscess originated from infection of anal glands or perianal tissues.Therefore,is there a new breakthrough in molecular biology?In clinical statistics found that perianal abscess with men more than women,young adults more than the elderly,dumpy than tall model characteristics,it’s a reminder that the onset of perianal abscess should was associated with testosterone or its receptors.Through exploring crissum hormone receptor,serum androgen or its dynamic change a to the influence of the biological effects of anus week organizations,etc,to analyze the origin of perianal abscess and development problems,as result,hope that can provide new ideas for the treatment and prevention of perianal abscess.
