摘　　要：20世纪以来,油气资源逐渐成为伊朗国民经济的命脉,石油、天然气的开发和出口给伊朗带来了可观的物质财富,同时也深刻地影响了伊朗的政治经济的现代化进程。随着2015年美欧对伊朗制裁措施的逐步解除,全球主要市场能源需求量的增长总体趋缓,中东地区特别是主要产油国之间的矛盾冲突持续,影响伊朗国家发展的外部因素正处在剧烈变化的阶段。油气工业的发展壮大对伊朗政局的稳定作用、国民经济结构的影响、国际影响力的提升、保障国家安全以及国家现代化建设所起的作用将更为重要且显著。与此同时,油气工业制约了伊朗国家的发展与转型。Since the twentieth century,oil and gas resources have gradually become the lifeblood of the Iranian national economy.The development and export of oil and gas have brought substantial material wealth to Iran and profoundly affected Iran’s political and economic modernization.After the signing of the Iranian nuclear deal,the growth of energy demand in major global markets slowed down overall.Conflicts between the Middle East,especially the major oil-producing countries,are still sustained.The external factors that affect the development of Iran’s state are dramatic changes.The development and expansion of the oil and gas industry will have a more significant and significant effect on Iran’s political stability,the national economic structure,the enhancement of international influence,the protection of national security and the role of national modernization.At the same time,the oil and gas industry has restricted the development and transformation of Iran.
