互联网金融时代安徽农村商业银行发展环境与战略选择

摘　　要：近几年来,互联网金融作为新的金融业态在我国的发展势头迅猛。这一新金融业态的出现加速了金融脱媒、金融民主化的进程,给传统银行业尤其是作为中小银行的安徽农商行带来了巨大的挑战。文章从安徽农商行发展过程中面临的内外环境分析入手,分别采用"PEST分析""五力模型"分析了安徽农商行面临的宏观环境和行业竞争环境;采用"资源基础观"分析了安徽农商行自身的内部环境。在互联网金融时代,安徽农商行作为农村金融主力军要在激烈的市场竞争中求得生存与发展,就要因环境变化而采取相应之策:依据内外环境变化制定战略目标;加强公司治理,提高治理效率;解析客户需求,准确市场定位;加强外部合作,实施平台战略;打造流程银行,提升运营效率;实施人才战略,提升员工素质。The Internet finance, as a new financial form, has been booming in China in recent years, which has accelerated the process of financial disintermediation and democratization and presented the traditional banking, especially such small and mediumsized banks as Anhui rural commercial banks, a huge challenge. This article deals with the internal and external environment in the process of development of Anhui rural commercial banks and adopts respectively the"PEST analysis""Five-force model"to analyze the macro environment and industry competition environment as well as"resource-based view"to analyze their own internal environment. In the age of Internet finance, as the main force in rural finance, Anhui rural commercial banks would adopt corresponding strategies that conforms to environment changes to seek survival and development in the intense market competition: formulating strategic objectives according to the internal and external environment changes; improving the efficiency of corporate governance; analyzing customer's demand for positioning market accurately; strengthening external cooperation by implementing the strategy of platform; building process bank to improve operational efficiency; implementing talent strategy to improve staff quality.
