摘  要:介绍了一起因220k V线路断路器非全相运行而导致非全相保护拒动事件,分析了断路器非全相运行是由于电缆绝缘降低造成开关单相偷跳,断路器非全相保护拒动则是由于延时继电器上螺丝松动。最后,剖析了此事件所暴露的问题,并提出整改措施。In this paper,a case of non-full-phase protection rejection due to non-full-phase operation of a 220kV circuit breaker is introduced.Through analysis,it has been found that the non-full-phase operation of the circuit breaker is caused by circuit breaker′s non-fault trip duo to the decrease of the cable insulation,while the non-full-phase protection of the circuit breaker is caused by the loosening of the screw on the time-delay relay.Finally,this paper analyzes the problems exposed in this incident and puts forward some measures for improvement.
