摘 要:对遵义市新建城市湿地公园水域范围5个样点的浮游动物样品进行6次采集。经初步鉴定,共检出浮游动物106种,其中原生动物、轮虫类、枝角类和桡足类分别有41,48,8和9种;优势种为弯凸表壳虫(Arcella arenaria)、球形砂壳虫(Difflugia globulosa)、褐砂壳虫(Difflugia avellana)、小茄壳虫(Hyalosphenia minuta)、多小核草履虫(Paramecium multimicronucleatum)、屈腿龟甲轮虫(Keratella valga)、萼花臂尾轮虫(Brachionus calycflorus)、近亲尖额溞(Alona affinid)、透明薄皮溞(Leptodopra kindti)、肋纹平直溞(Pleuroxus striatus)、东方贝克水蚤(Boeckella orientalis)、沟渠异足猛水蚤(Canthocamptus staphylinus)、锯齿明镖水蚤(Heliodiaptomus serratus)、鸟喙明镖水蚤(Heliodiaptomus kikuchii)、汤匙华哲水蚤(Sincalanus dorrii)和大型中镖水蚤(Siondiaptomus sarsi)等。浮游动物丰度均值为25.24 ind/L,不同采样时间的变化范围在19.18 ind/L-36.56ind/L之间;不同采样点的变化范围在11.02 ind/L-42.89 ind/L之间;沿水流方向原生动物丰度降低而桡足类丰度增加趋势明显。On 21st August,5th September,20th September,12th October,25th October and 8th November of 2015,the samples of zooplankton were collected from 5 sampling sites of a newly built urban wetland park of Zunyi City,Guizhou province.There were 106 species of zooplankton in the wetland park.Among of them,there are 41,48,8 and 9 species of protozoa,rotifers,clavicle and copepods,respectively.Arcella arenaria,Difflugia globulosa,Difflugia avellana,Hyalosphenia minuta,Paramecium multimicronucleatum,Keratella valga,Brachionus calycflorus,Alona affinid,Leptodopra kindti,Pleuroxus striatus,Boeckella orientalis,Canthocamptus staphylinus,Heliodiaptomus serratus,Heliodiaptomus kikuchii,Sincalanus dorrii and Siondiaptomus sarsi appear in different sampling time as the dominant species.The mean abundance of zooplankton was 25.24 ind/L.The range of abundance was 19.18 ind/L-36.56 ind/L and 11.02 ind/L-42.89 ind/L at different sampling times and sites,respectively.Along the flow direction in the wetland park,the abundance of protozoa and copepod tend to decrease and increase remarkably.
