血府逐瘀软胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及患者激素水平的影响

摘　　要：目的 探讨血府逐瘀软胶囊治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效及患者激素水平的影响效果。方法 选取2012年6月至2016年6月间本院收治的子宫肌瘤患者120例，随机分成观察组和对照组，每组60例。对照组采用单纯的西医药物治疗方法，观察组在对照组基础上采用血府逐瘀软胶囊治疗，分析两组患者的临床效果和激素水平变化比较。结果 观察组患者临床总有效率为91.67%，对照组患者临床总有效率为71.67%，观察组明显高于对照组，两组患者在临床治疗效果方面相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。经过不同药物治疗后所有患者激素水平均下降明显，两组患者在治疗血清P、LH、E2和FSH水平相比无明显差异（P＞0.05），治疗后观察组血清P、LH、E2和FSH水平明显优于对照组，两组患者在治疗后激素水平相比，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 对于比传统的手术医治和药物医治方式，血府逐瘀软胶囊医治方式是治疗子宫肌瘤的最佳方式，血府逐瘀软胶囊既不会给患者的身心健康带来创伤，也不会给患者带来多种副作用。该种医治方式能够让患者心情保持愉快，达到止痛化瘀、消肿消炎的目的，值得在医学临床方面被广泛运用和推广。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Xuefu Zhuyu capsule for uterine fibroids and its effect on hormone levels.Methods 120 patients with uterine fibroids treated at our hospital form June,2012 to June,2016 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,60 cases for each group.The control group were treated with western medicine;in addition,the observation group were treated with Xuefu Zhuyu capsule.The clinical effect and hormone levels were compared between these two groups.Results The total effective rate was 91.67%in the observation group and was 71.67%in the control group,with a statistical difference(P<0.05).After the treatment,the levels of P,LH,E2,and FSH decreased in both group and were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).Conclusion Xuefu Zhuyu capsule is a best choice for uterine fibroids.It does not harm the patient's physical and mental health,causes few side effects,keeps the patients happy,and has anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
