摘  要:目的 探讨沟通方法在手术室护理中的应用效果。方法 选择2015年6月至2016年6月行手术治疗的患者96例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,分别进行沟通技巧护理措施和常规手术室护理,分析两组患者对护理服务的满意情况及护患纠纷的发生情况。结果 观察组患者对护理服务的总满意度为97.92%,明显高于对照组的75.00%(P<0.05);观察组护患纠纷发生率为0.00%,对照组为8.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 手术室护理中注意运用沟通技巧可以显著提升患者对护理服务的满意度,降低护患纠纷发生率,值得在临床实践中进行推广。Objective To explore the application effect of communication method in operation room nursing care.Methods 96 patients surgically treated at our hospital from June,2015 to June,2016 were selected and randomly divided into an observation group and a control group.The observation group were given communicaiton skill care and the control group were routinely cared.The satisfaction to nursing service and the occurrence of nurse-patient dispute in both groups were analyzed.Results The total satisfaction rate of nursing service was 97.92%in the observation group and was 75.00%in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of nurse-patient dispute was 0.00%in the observation group and was 8.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying communicaiton skill in nursing care at operation room can increase the patients satisfaction to nursing service and decrease the incidence of nurse-patient dispute,so it is worth being clinically generalized.
