地塞米松联合氯米芬治疗多囊卵巢综合征对患者血清性激素水平的影响

摘　　要：观察多囊卵巢综合征患者应用地塞米松、氯米芬联合治疗对血清性激素水平的影响。方法 选取2016年7月至2017年7月在本院门诊治疗的108例PCOS患者临床资料，按治疗方案不同分2组，各组54例，对照组行氯米芬治疗，观察组在其基础上施以地塞米松治疗，比较组间疗效、雌激素水平及排卵、妊娠等情况。结果 观察组治疗总有效率87.04%比对照组68.52%高(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗后P、E2含量均比对照组多，T、LH含量比对照组少(P＜0.05)；观察组治疗后排卵率77.78%、妊娠率72.22%均比对照组55.56%、44.44%高(P＜0.05)。结论 多囊卵巢综合征患者应用地塞米松、氯米芬联合治疗能提高临床疗效，调节性激素水平，改善内分泌，促进排卵、妊娠，效果显著。To observe the effect of Dexamethasone combined with Comiphene on serum sex hormone level in patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS).Methods 108 patients with PCOS treated in our hospital from July 2016 to July 2017 were selected and divided into 2 groups according to the different treatment plans,with 54 patients in each group.The control group was treated with Clomiphene,and the observation group was treated with Dexamethasone combined with Clomiphene.The efficacy,estrogen level,ovulation,and pregnancy were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 87.04%,higher than that in the control group(68.52%)(P<0.05).The contents of P and E2 in the observation group were more than those in the control group after treatment,but the contents of T and LH were less than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ovulation rate was 77.78%and the pregnancy rate was 72.22%in the observation group,both higher than those in the control group(55.56%and 44.44%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with polycystic ovarian syndrome,Dexamethasone combined with Clomiphene can improve the clinical curative effect and endocrine,balance the sex hormone level,and promote the ovulation and pregnancy.
