摘  要:探讨胸段脊髓损伤不完全截瘫使用截瘫步行矫形器对下肢运动功能的影响。方法选择2016年1月至2017年3月本院收治的胸椎损伤导致不完全截瘫患者86例,按照随机数字法分为两组,每组43例。对照组实施常规康复训练,观察组穿戴截瘫步行矫形器,比较干预后6个月两组10米步行耗时和连续5次坐立体位改变耗时,并统计两组运动功能、触觉功能、痛觉功能对比情况。结果 干预后6个月,观察组步行10米耗时短于对照组(P<0.05),连续5次坐立体位改变耗时短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组运动功能、触觉功能、痛觉功能得分均显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论胸段截瘫患者,使用步行矫形器,能有效促进患者下肢运动与感觉功能的恢复,提高临床治疗效果。To investigate the effect of paraplegia walking orthosis on motor function of lower limbs in patients with thoracic spinal cord injury and incomplete paraplegia.Methods 86 patients with incomplete paraplegia caused by thoracic spinal cord injury in our hospital from January 2016 to March 2017 were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,43 cases in each group.The control group received routine rehabilitation training,and the observation group wore paraplegic walking orthosis.Compared 10-meter walking time and the time of consecutive five times sitting position changes of the two groups after 6 months of intervention,and compared motor function,tactile function,algesia function.Results After 6 months of intervention,10-meter walking time and the time of consecutive five times sitting position changes of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05);the scores of motor function,tactile function,algesia function of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Walking orthosis can effectively promote the recovery of lower extremity movement and sensory function of thoracic paraplegia patients,and improve the clinical effect.
