护理安全管理应用在外科换药室中的效果观察

摘　　要：探讨在外科换药室中应用护理安全管理应用的效果。方法 选取本院2015年10月至2016年10月期间外科换药室1 000例患者作为研究对象，按照随机数表法分为对照组和观察组，各500例。对照组实施常规护理模式，观察组实施护理安全管理模式。两组患者院内感染发生率和护理总满意度比较。结果 观察组院内感染发生率为0.40%（2/500），较对照组2.40%（12/500）更低，护理满意度100.00%（500/500）高于对照组96.00%（480/500），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在外科换药室中应用护理安全管理能显著降低院内感染发生率，提高患者护理满意度，促使患者早日恢复健康，值得临床推广使用。To explore the application effect of nursing safety management in surgical dressing room.Methods 1 000 patients in the surgical dressing room of our hospital from October 2015 to October 2016 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,500 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine nursing mode,and the observation group was given the nursing safety management mode.Compared the incidence of nosocomial infection and total nursing satisfaction in the two groups.Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in the observation group was 0.40%(2/500),lower than 2.40%(12/500)in the control group,and the nursing satisfaction was 100.00%(500/500)in the observation group and 96.00%(480/500)in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of nursing safety management in the surgical dressing room can significantly reduce the incidence of nosocomial infection,improve the patients'nursing satisfaction,and promote the early recovery of the patients,worthy of clinical promotion.
