摘　　要：急性肾损伤的发病率在逐年增长，建立有效可靠的病情评估方法可提示AKI发生的风险、严重程度并预测患者发生临床死亡的可能性。目前国内外尚缺乏可靠准确的评估方法，本文就近年来国内外急性肾损伤病情评分系统的研究进展进行阐述，为临床工作提供有效信息。Currently,the incidence of acute kidney injury(AKI)is increasing.To establish an effective and reliable prognostic assessment method can indicate the severity of AKI and predict the possibility of clinical death in patients.At present,little information is available to stratify the risks and predict AKI-associated death both at home and abroad.This article describes the research progress of the prognosis scoring system of acute kidney injury in recent years at home and abroad,and provides effective information for clinical work.
