摘 要:[目的]评价病例讨论对新入职护士批判性思维能力的影响。[方法]将46名新入职护士按照随机数字表法分为对照组和实验组。对照组23名护士,根据新入职护士培训大纲进行临床带教;实验组23名护士,在传统教学方法的基础上增加病例讨论教学。1 a后采用中文版评判性思维倾向量表(CTDI-CV)对两组护士进行评定。[结果]实验组新入职护士的评判性思维总分以及寻找真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、评判性思维、自信心、求知欲、认知成熟度各个方面的得分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]病例讨论教学有助于培养新入职护士的评判性思维能力。〔Objective〕Evaluating the effect of case discussion on critical thinking ability of new nurses.〔Methods〕46 new nurses were average divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method.The nurses in the control group were taught by routine training program.The clinical training of the nurses in the observation group was carried out by routine training program and case discussion.One year later,two groups of nurses were assessed using the Chinese version of the critical thinking disposition scale(CTDI-CV).〔Results〕The scores of CTDI-CV and each dimension in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).〔Conclusion〕Case discussion is helpful to train critical thinking ability of new nurses.
