强脉冲光在皮肤扩张法耳廓再造术前的脱发效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察先天性小耳畸形患者皮肤扩张器置入前强脉冲光脱发效果。方法应用强脉冲光对扩张前的残耳后毛发区进行脱发处理,按能量调节由低到高的原则调好参数,进行局部照射,每4~6周一次,共3~5次。最后一次脱发后一个月左右开始手术。结果应用本方法行残耳后皮肤脱发7例,脱发效果良好,再造耳廓无毛发残留、效果满意、无并发症发生。结论先天性小耳畸形患者皮肤扩张器置入前强脉冲光脱发是安全可靠的方法,对后期的耳廓再造皮瓣无影响,再造耳廓无毛发残留。Objective To report hair removal outcomes by intense pulsed light(IPL)before skin expansion.Methods The hairy area posterior to microtia was treated with IPL before operation.Local IPL exposure was applied every 4 to 6 weeks for a total of 3 to 5 sessions using energy gradient based parameters.Auricular reconstruction surgery was conducted at about one month following the last hair removal treatment session.Results Adequate hair removal was achieved in 7 cases,with no residual hair on the reconstructed auricle,great patient satisfaction and no complications.Conclusion IPL is a safe and reliable method for hair removal before skin expansion in patients with congenital microtia,yielding no hair residue with no complications.
