摘　　要：内耳疾病是耳科的常见病,近年来其发病率逐渐增加,因其发病机制相对复杂,是目前研究的热点之一。血脂异常在血管、神经性疾病中发挥重要的作用,近年来,在耳科疾病研究比较深入。本文通过综述近年来国内外相关文献,探讨血脂异常在内耳疾病中的作用,为临床治疗提供思路。The inner ear disease is a common disease in otology disease,and its incidence increased gradually in recent years.It is one of the focuses of current research.Dyslipidemia plays an important role in blood vessels,nerve disease,and recent studies have shown that dyslipidemia is associated with internal ear disease.This article reviews the related literature at home and abroad in recent years,and discusses the role of dyslipidemia in the internal ear disease,and provides ideas for clinical treatment.
