摘　　要：论文详细地分析了大型站场施工的特点,从管理角度阐述了施工领导小组的职责以及发挥的作用,深度研判析了施工中可能出现的安全风险,并对施工安全提出了切实可行的解决方案。In this paper,the construction characteristics of large-scale station are analyzed in detail.From the point of view of management,the responsibilities and functions of the construction leadership team are elaborated,and the safety risks that may arise in the construction are analyzed,and feasible solutions for construction safety are put forward.
