摘　　要：公司僵局的形成原因复杂,且一旦形成僵局通过公司内部运行打破僵局困难重重,此时,司法解散制度的确立为解决公司僵局提供了全新的救济途径。论文从司法解散制度以及其他替代救济制度入手,寻求解决公司僵局困境的全新道路。The reason for the corporate deadlock is complex,it is difficult to break the deadlock through the internal operation of the company.The establishment of judicial dissolution system provides a new remedy for solving the corporate deadlock.Paper from the judicial disbandment system and other alternative system,finds a new way to solve the corporate deadlock.
