摘　　要：技术创新是农业企业发展的动力源泉,如何提高农业企业技术创新能力是当前理论界和企业界所关注的一个重要问题。论文对近几年农业企业技术创新能力影响因素、创新资源对技术创新能力影响等方面的文献进行梳理和归纳。研究表明,技术创新人才、资金等创新资源是农业企业技术创新能力的重要影响因素,并提出研究展望。Technological innovation is the power source for the development of agricultural enterprises.How to improve the technological innovation capability of agricultural enterprises is an important issue concerned by theorists and enterprises.This paper reviews and summarizes the factors affecting the technological innovation ability of agricultural enterprises in recent years,and the influence of innovative resources on the ability of technological innovation.The research shows that innovative resources such as technological innovation talents and funds are important factors affecting the technological innovation ability of agricultural enterprises,and the research prospects are put forward.
