无磷水稳剂在软水水质条件下的应用

摘　　要：论文采用模拟试验法评价了复配无磷水稳剂在软水系统中的缓蚀、阻垢性能,同时跟踪考察了该水稳剂在生产条件下的应用。结果表明,该无磷水稳剂配方在低硬度、低碱度的软水水质条件下能满足环保排放和缓蚀阻垢要求,并取得了优异的水处理效果。In this paper,the corrosion inhibition and scale inhibition performance of the compound phosphorus free water stabilizer in soft water system was evaluated by simulation test method.The application of the water stabilizer in the production condition was also investigated.The results showed that the formulation of the phosphorus free water stabilizer was low in hardness and low alkalinity can meet the requirements of environmental protection emission and corrosion and scale inhibition,and achieve excellent water treatment effect.
