观察预注右旋美托咪啶用于喉显微手术麻醉的临床研究

摘　　要：目的就喉显微手术按照预注右旋美托咪啶的方式进行麻醉的具体效果加以分析。方法选取2015年1月~2016年12月本院所接诊的80例患者,按照随机抽选的方式于组内选取40例,结合常规方式麻醉,作为对照组;另外40例患者则需要借助预注右旋美托咪啶的方式开展麻醉,为观察组。针对两组患者在麻醉过程中血流动力变化情况连同不良反应等方面指标进行统计。结果结果显示,观察组在各个时间点在心率、平均动脉压方面均优于对照组,且不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对喉显微手术按照预注右旋美托咪啶的方式进行麻醉,可减少患者在术期心率、动脉压方面波动性,且不易促使患者出现不良反应,综合效果较好。Objective To analyze the effect of the laryngommicrosurgery on the anesthetic effect of dexmedetomidine.Methods 80 cases of patients were randomly selected from January 2015 to December 2016 in our hospital.According to the way of random selection,40 cases were selected in the group and anesthetized as the control group.The remaining 40 cases were anesthetized by the pre-injection of dexmedetomidine as the observation group.For two groups of patients during anesthesia hemodynamic changes with adverse reactions and other indicators of statistics.Results The results showed that the observation group was superior to the control group in heart rate and mean arterial pressure at all time points,and the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Anesthesia for patients with laryngeal microsurgery according to the pre injection of dexmedetomidine can reduce the fluctuation of heart rate and arterial pressure during operation,and it is not easy to induce adverse reactions of patients.
