中西医结合治疗手足血虚风燥型湿疹的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究咪唑斯汀联合祛风止痒口服液及养血润燥洗剂在治疗手足血虚风燥型湿疹的疗效。方法选取符合手足血虚风燥型湿疹的患者90例,随机分为对照A组、对照B组及治疗C组,各30例。对照A组采用咪唑斯汀联合丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗;对照B组采用祛风止痒口服液联合养血润燥洗剂熏洗治疗;治疗C组为对照A、B两组用药联合使用。比较3组治疗前后积分变化及临床疗效评估。结果治疗2、4 w后,治疗C组分别与对照A、B两组积分比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照A、B两组积分比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗C组、对照A组两组间及治疗C组、对照B组两组间分别治疗2、4 w后总有效率及复发率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论唑斯汀缓释片联合祛风止痒口服液及养血润燥洗剂熏洗治疗手足血虚风燥型湿疹有确切疗效,复发率低,值得临床应用。Objective To study the efficacy of mizolastine combined with the Oral Liquid Expelling Wind and Stopping Itching and with the Enriching Blood and Moistening Dryness Lotion on the treatment of hand-foot eczema of blood deficiency and wind-dryness.Methods 90 patients with Hand-Foot eczema of blood deficiency and wind-dryness were randomly divided into the control group A,the control group B and the treatment group C,including 30 patients in every group.In group A,patients were treated with mizolastine combined with hydrocortisone butyrate cream.The control group B was treated with a combination of the oral liquid expelling wind and stopping itching and Enriching Blood and Moistening Dryness Lotion through fumigation.Treatment group C combined therapies of both group A and group B.The comparison of integral and clinical efficacy among three groups was observed before and after treatment.Results Two and four weeks after treatment,the comparison of integral in group C and groups A and B was made and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing group A and B,the difference was not statistically significant.There existed significant difference of total efficiency and recurrence rate after two and four weeks in the group C and group A,as well as group C and group B(P<0.05).Conclusion It is definitely effective to treat hand-foot eczema of blood deficiency and wind-dryness with mizolastine combined with the Oral Liquid Expelling Wind and Stopping Itching and Enriching Blood and Moistening Dryness Lotion through fumigating therapy with a low recurrence rate,which is worthy of applying clinically.
