摘 要:食源性细菌检测方法是食品安全的的重要课题,该文提出了一种新的细菌检测方法——基于石墨烯场效应管电化学生物传感器的大肠杆菌快速检测方法.在该方法中,采用化学气相沉积的方法获得石墨烯,之后利用抗原抗体特异性结合原则捕获大肠杆菌,通过检测石墨烯在大肠杆菌掺杂后的电学特性变化来表征大肠杆菌浓度.该文设计的系统有较好的稳定性(CV=6.98%)和较低的信噪比(6.8%).经过实验测试,系统的检测范围为10-107 cfu/ml,最低检测限为10CFU/ml(R=0.94).检测过程控制在30min以内完成,可以实现现场实时检测.Detection of food-borne bacteria is the important topic of food safety.This paper proposes a new bacteria detection method which is based on graphene field-effect tube electrochemical biosensor.In this method,we adopt the method of chemical vapor deposition to get graphene,The gold nanoparticles(AuNPs)deposited on the surface of the graphene are used to conjugate with the capture antibodies and accelerate the electron transport between the electrode and analyte target.The concentration of the E.coli is proved to be linear correlation with the conductance of the GrFET in our study.The system designed in this paper has better stability(CV=6.98%)and lower signal-to-noise ratio(6.8%).After the test,the detection range of the system was 10-10 7 cfu/ml,and the minimum detection limit was 10 CFU/ml(R=0.94).The control of the detection process can be completed within 30 minutes,and the real time can be realized.
