山西农用地流转地区差异分析——基于对太谷、永济两县(市)农户的调研

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对山西省太谷县和永济市两个地区256户农户进行调查,以查明不同地区农用地流转差异情况及造成差异的原因。结果表明,两地区的农用地流转在流转比例、流转价格、流转对象及流转合同的签订形式上均存在明显差异。造成地区流转空间差异的原因主要有4点:地区经济发展水平、非农收入水平、社会背景及政府的引导作用。The questionnaire survey was carried out to investigate 256 peasant households in two districts of Taigu County and Yongji City in Shanxi Province,to find out the reasons for the difference and the difference of agricultural land circulation in different areas.The results showed that there was a significant difference between the distribution of agricultural land in the two regions,the proportion of circulation,the price of the transfer,the object of the transfer and the form of the contract.There were four main reasons for the regional spatial differences:the level of regional economic development,the level of non-agricultural income,the social background and the guiding role of the government.
