酸化奶中添加乳佳对犊牛生长指标和腹泻的影响

摘　　要：为弥补牛奶中缺乏的维生素和微量元素等营养成分,本试验为哺乳犊牛设计了牛奶或酸化奶补充料——"乳佳",以普通酸化奶为对照组,添加乳佳的酸化奶饲喂犊牛为处理组,记录犊牛采食量,测量犊牛各阶段体重、体尺,并监测犊牛腹泻发病情况。结果表明:乳佳的添加对3~45日龄和46~60日龄犊牛酸化奶采食量无显著影响,但显著增加了60日龄犊牛体重,并将犊牛腹泻率降低了3.75个百分点,说明在酸化奶中添加乳佳饲喂犊牛能够促进犊牛生长同时降低腹泻发病率。An additive-"Rujia"was designed for calves,which could increase the vitamins and trace elements lacked in milk or acidified milk.The experiment was conducted to study the effects of"Rujia"additive in acidified milk on growth indices and diarrhea in calves,and the ordinary acidified milk was as control.The results showed that:compared with the control,adding"Rujia"had no significant influence on the acidified milk intake both in age 3~45 days and 46~60 days of calves,while the calf weight of age 60 days had a significant increase and the calves diarrhea rate was reduced by 3.75 percentages,indicating that"Rujia"additive in acidified milk could improve the growth of calves and reduce the incidence of diarrhea.
