冬瓜专用砧木新品种蓉砧2号的选育

摘　　要：以四川地方南瓜品种经4代单株定向选育成的优良自交系N11-8-3-4为父本,以荷兰引进南瓜材料经5代单株定向选育成的优良自交系N2-5-5-4为母本,得到杂交组合N21,系统选育出冬瓜专用砧木新品种蓉砧2号。该品种根系发达,长势强,成熟瓜皮深绿色,果实近圆,果面有7~9条纵沟,高抗冬瓜枯萎病。与冬瓜嫁接栽培时,嫁接亲和性好、共生亲和力高、生长快、长势强、抗枯萎病能力强,增产明显。Rongzhen No.2 was a new special-purposed rootstock cultivar for wax gourd developed from the cross combination N21 which was hybridized by taking excellent inbred line N 1 1-8-3-4 as male parent and excellent inbred line N 2-5-5-4 as female parent.Rongzhen No.2 had well-developed root system and grew vigorously.Its fruit was subround and its peel was dark green in mature period,in addition,three were 7-9 vertical grooves on the peel.It was highly resistant to wax gourd Fusarium wilt.This rootstock had advantages of good grafting affinity,high affinity symbiosis,fast growth,strong growth vigor,strong resistance to wax gourd Fusarium wilt,and it had obvious yield-increasing effect when it was grafted with wax gourd.
