摘　　要：助残辅具科技成果转化是科技成果转化体系的重要内容,是一项非常复杂的系统工程。主要由政府、大学、企业和中介机构四大主体相互协作才能共同实现。因此,创新性提出了"一轴三螺旋"创新模式,并以此为理论基础推动助残辅具科技成果转化。"一轴三螺旋"创新模式,即"中介"这一轴和"大学、政府、企业"3个螺旋主体在科技成果应用于助残辅具的转化过程中发挥各自优势,各有侧重又相互协助与融合,实现科技成果在助残辅具应用方面精准转化。政府:完善政策法律保障体系,营造良好环境;高校:转变科研评价机制,完善科研激励体系;企业:强化主动创新能力,建立现代企业制度;中介:提升专业化服务能力,丰富中介服务方式。The transformation of scientific and technological achievements of disabled auxiliary equipment is an important content of science and technology achievements transformation system;it is a very complicated systematic engineering.Mainly by the four main bodies of the government,universities,enterprises and intermediaries collaborate with each other to achieve together.This paper innovatively puts forward the innovation model of“one axis with triple helix”,and promotes the transformation of scientific and technological achievements of disabled auxiliary equipment on the basis of the theory.“One axis with triple helix”innovation model,namely“the mediation”this axis and“the university,the government,the enterprise”these three helix subject play their respective advantages in the transformation progress of the scientific and technological achievements applying to the disabled auxiliary equipment.Each has its own focus but mutual assistance and integration to realize the precise transformation of the technology achievements in the application of disabled auxiliary equipment.The main contents are as follows:the government:perfect the policy legal guarantee system and create a good environment;the universities:change the evaluation mechanism of scientific research and consummate the incentive system of scientific research;the enterprises:strengthen the initiative innovation ability and establish modern enterprise system;the intermediaries:enhance the professional service capabilities and enrich intermediary service mode.
