地方高校转型背景下“分层递进”创新创业教育模式

摘　　要：根据地方本科高校转型的要求,构建了符合地方高校特点、更具针对性和实效性的"分层递进"创新创业教育模式,优化了专业人才培养方案,改革了教学方式方法和考核方式,完善了配套教学管理和激励机制,试图解决目前大多数地方本科高校创新创业教育尚存的突出问题,促进地方本科高校的人才培养与经济社会发展、创业就业需求紧密对接。According to the request of transformation in local universities,the paper built the“divided-layer promoted”innovation and entrepreneurship education model which conforms to characteristics of local universities and has much greater targeting and effectiveness,optimized the personnel training program,improved the teaching methods and the examinational means,perfected the matching mechanisms include teaching management and motivation.All above tried to solve the outstanding problem of innovation and entrepreneurship education existing in most of local universities now,so as to promote close connection between the talent training and the economic and social development,the entrepreneurship and employment needs in local universities.
