摘 要:为探讨断奶日龄与长大母猪繁殖性状相关性,试验以1 275胎正常分娩母猪为研究对象,按照不同断奶日龄分为21、28、35 d断奶3个处理。结果表明:1)随着断奶日龄的增加,母猪产仔数、产活仔数、初生窝重减少,21 d断奶组极显著大于35 d断奶组(P<0.01),显著大于28 d断奶组(P<0.05);产活仔数、初生窝重,28 d断奶组显著大于35 d断奶组(P<0.05);初生个体重,随着断奶日龄的增加而增加(P>0.05),随着产活仔数的减少而增加(P>0.05);断奶窝重、断奶个体重、断奶成活率,随着断奶日龄的增加而增加,35 d断奶组极显著大于21 d断奶组(P<0.01),35 d断奶组断奶个体重、断奶成活率极显著大于28 d断奶组(P<0.01),28 d断奶组极显著大于21 d断奶组(P<0.01)。2)断奶净增重,随着断奶日龄的增加而增加,35 d断奶组极显著大于21 d断奶组(P<0.01),与28 d断奶组差异不显著(P>0.05),28 d断奶组极显著大于21 d断奶组(P<0.01);断奶日增重,随着断奶日龄的增加而减少,21 d断奶组、28 d断奶组、35 d断奶组间差异极显著(P<0.01)。3)断奶日龄与断奶窝重、断奶个体重、断奶净增重呈极显著正相关,相关系数分别为0.109、0.267、0.145;与断奶日增重呈极显著负相关,相关系数为-0.321;与断奶成活率正相关,相关系数为0.038。试验结果表明,适度规模猪场母猪断奶日龄以28 d(25~30 d)为宜。To investigate the relationship between the weaning age and the reproductive traits of LY sows,1 275 normal birth sows were selected as study subjects and divided into 21,28 and 35 days of weaning according to different weaning age.The results showed that:1)With the increase of weaning age,the total litter size,live litter size and litter weight of sows decreased significantly.21 days significantly greater than 35 days(P<0.01),more than 28 days(P<0.05);the weight of newborn babies increased with the increase of weaning age(P>0.05).The weaning litter weight,the weaning individual weight and the weaning survival rate increased with the increase of the weaning age.The 35 days was significantly greater than 21 days(P<0.01)significantly greater than 28 days(P<0.01),28 days significantly greater than 21 days(P<0.01).2)Weaning net weight gain increased with weaning age,35 days significantly greater than 21 days(P<0.01),28 days did not differ significantly(P>0.05),28 days significantly greater than 21 days(P<0.01).The weight gain at weaning decreased with the increase of weaning age.There was a significant difference between days 21,28 and 35(P<0.01).3)There was a significant positive correlation between the age of weaning and weaning litter weight,weaning weight,weaning net weight gain,the correlation coefficients were 0.109,0.267,0.145,respectively,and significantly negatively correlated with weaning day weight,the correlation coefficient was-0.321,positively correlated with the weaning survival rate,the correlation coefficient was 0.038.The conclusion of this experiment shows that the appropriate size swine farms weaned day to 28 days(25 to 30 days)is appropriate.
