摘  要:为了研究对转桨的无空泡噪声特性,基于普通桨的噪声预报理论与声学理论建立了对转桨的无空泡噪声预报方法,将对转桨作为声源模型,在其检测点上进行不相干声源的处理的同时运用不相干声波的叠加方法,随后,从桨叶数、桨直径、前后桨间距、伴流场等四个方面因素出发,系统分析了各个因素对对转桨无空泡噪声性能的影响。结果表明:处于流场中的桨轴方向,计算总噪声值最大,在桨盘面方向由于两桨之间的扰动,载荷噪声仍是总体噪声的主要部分。不同因素对对转桨的无空泡噪声影响各有异同,为对转桨的优化设计提供了参考依据。To study the non-cavitating noise behavior of contra-rotating propellers,a method to predict the non-cavitating noise generated by a contra-rotating propeller was established on basis of acoustic theory.In this paper,a conventional contra-rotating propeller was used as the model sound source and the point of detected noise was studied.In addition,the paper employed the method of superposition of incoherent acoustic waves.The effects of some factors,which include the number of blades,propeller diameter,distance between the front and rear propeller,and the wake field,on the non-cavitating noise of the contra-rotating propellers were analyzed.The results show that the total noise was largest in the direction of the propeller shaft inside a flow field;the major noise originated from the propeller surface because of the disturbance between the two propellers.And this analysis indicated that the various factors had different effects on the non-cavitating noise of contra-rotating propellers;the results of this analysis provide a basis for the optimized design of the contra-rotating propeller.
