摘 要:对生产中靴鞋进行系统的结构性分类分析,以前帮结构线封闭式(左右松紧带)矮筒靴为例,以角度守恒和部件面积守恒、接帮线长度守恒为技术落点,以工艺生产要求和工业制版为主线,从前帮结构线的结构线绘制、前帮结构线的降跷技术、后包跟结构线的空间角度转移技术、松紧带结构线的设计等几个工艺难度点方面,分析探讨结构设计和工业样板制取中的空间角度转移技术难点,以达到实用性和易用性的目的。The paper systematically classifies boots from the boot height,closed way,etc.,and toe lasting structure line closed(left and right elastic lace)short boots are taken as an example to discuss technical points.On the basis of angular conservation and conservation of component area as well as conservation of lasting line length,with production requirements and pattern engineering as the main line,the technical difficulties of space angle transfer in structural design and pattern engineering are analyzed and discussed.Detailed technical difficulties lie in the structure line drawing and spring-lowering technology of toe lasting,space angle transfer technology of rear cover heel structure line as well as the design of elastic lace structure line,etc.Suggestions are put forward to achieve practicability and usability.
