摘 要:在CsF-AlF_3二元共晶钎剂基础上利用湿法合成工艺制备不同锗(Ge)元素添加量的含锗铯盐钎剂,对新制备钎剂的熔化特性、物相结构以及微观组织进行观察与分析,并在含Ge 4%(质量分数,下同)的钎剂作用下480℃成功钎焊2024铝合金。结果表明:当含Ge超过4%时,钎剂液相线温度从477℃下降到440℃左右,并以CsAlF_4,Cs_2GeF_6为主相成分;同时新相Cs_2GeF_6的存在使得钎剂微观形貌中的絮状物减少,而块体变得更为规则有序。含Ge 4%的钎剂在480℃范围内显著促进了Zn-15Al钎料在2024铝合金上的铺展,同时该温度下的2024铝合金钎焊接头抗剪强度达到110MPa,接头组织均匀,未发现明显宏观缺陷。CsF-AlF 3 based composite fluxes with different Ge contents which are in the form of GeO 2 were developed by the method of solution synthesis,and their melting characteristics,phase structures and microstructures were observed and analyzed subsequently.Meanwhile,2024 aluminum alloy was brazed successfully at 480℃under the active effect of CsF-AlF 3 flux with 4%(mass fraction,the same below)Ge doped.The results show that the liquidus temperature decreases from 477℃to around 440℃and has the main phase composition of CsAlF 4 and Cs 2GeF 6 when content of Ge exceeds 4%.And the new Cs 2GeF 6 changes the morphology of CsF-AlF 3 flux to more regular polyhedron structure with fewer flocculent agglomerates.On the other hand,the flux with 4%Ge immensely promotes the spreading of Zn-15Al filler metal on the 2024 aluminum alloy at 480℃and the shear strength of brazing lapping joints reaches 110MPa,with homogeneous structure of the joints,and with no obvious defects observed.
