摘  要:通过研究4年生岑溪软枝油茶(Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera)2代育种群体主要生长发育性状,进行遗传变异分析和早期遗传型选择。结果表明:家系平均地径、株高、冠幅、单株花芽数和结果数分别为39.16 cm、169.04 cm、1.93 m2、389.27个和9.99个,单株结果数在不同家系水平上差异显著(P<0.05),其他4个指标则为极显著差异(P<0.01)。地径、株高、冠幅和单株花芽数均受到很强的遗传控制,遗传力在0.90~0.96之间,单株结果数遗传力仅为0.15。通过有效的遗传型选择,筛选出以岑溪2为代表的优良家系13个,地径、株高、冠幅和单株花芽数的遗传增益分别为10.41%、7.17%、19.21%和54.06%;筛选出优良单株23个,地径、株高和冠幅的遗传增益分别为29.80%、22.27%和86.71%,遗传增益显著。Growth and reproductive traits in the second generation breeding population of Cenxi soft-branch Camellia oleifera were studied in 4-year-old Cenxi soft-branchCamellia oleifera to analyze genetic variation and early genetic selection.Results showed that the individual fruit number,the ground diameter,height,crown width and individual flower bud number were 9.99,39.16 cm,169.04 cm,1.93 m2 and 389.27,respectively.Differences in individual fruit number in different families was significant(P<0.05),while differences in other 4 indexes were extremely significant(P<0.01).The ground diameter,height,crown width and individual flower bud number were found to be under strong genetic control with individual heritability from 0.90 to 0.96,and individual heritability of fruit number was only 0.15.A total of 13 superior families were selected such as Cenxi 2,and the genetic gains of ground diameter,height,crown width,individual flower bud number reached 10.41%,7.17%,19.21%and 54.06%,respectively.23 superior individual trees were selected and the genetic gains of ground diameter,height,and crown width were 29.80%,22.27%and 86.71%,respectively,which was significant.
