摘 要:为了开发大量的分子标记用于油茶(Camellia oleifera)亲本杂交后代的早期鉴定,本研究采用SLAF-seq(Specific-Locus Amplified Fragment Sequencing)技术对9个油茶样品(包括5个亲本及其4个子代单株)进行测序并开发SNP标记。最终根据多态性SLAF标签,开发得到1 644 616个群体SNP。基于群体SNP的亲子关系分析结果表明,岑软(Cenxi soft-branch C.oleifera)ZJ11为岑软2号与岑软11号的杂交后代,岑软ZJ14为岑软11号与岑软22号的杂交后代,岑软ZJ24为岑软11号与岑软24号的杂交后代,优31则是岑软11号与岑软23号的杂交后代。In order to develop a large number of molecular markers for early identification of Camellia oleifera hybrids,9 samples of Camellia oleifera(including 5 parents and 4 progenies)were sequenced by SLAF-seq technology and SNP markers were developed.Finally,a total of 1 644 616 population SNPs were developed based on the polymorphic SLAFs.Paternity analysis of the 9 samples ofC.oleifera based on the population SNPs revealed that ZJ11,ZJ14 and ZJ24 was hybrid progenies of Cenruan 2 and Cenruan 11,CR-11 and CR-22,CR-11 and CR-24,respectively,while You 31 was a hybrid progeny of CR-11 and CR-23.
