摘  要:以2年生云南松(Pinus yunnanensis)实生苗的当年生顶梢为扦插穗条,采用L9(34)正交设计开展IBA和IAA不同浓度混合溶液处理穗条扦插于3种基质共11个处理组合(2个对照)的试验。结果表明,除未生根的4个处理组合以外,其余7个处理组合的生根率为5.6%~40.0%,1~3级根数为1.8~2.4、5.6~16.4和0.4~5.0条/株,1级根直径和根长分别为0.57~2.14 mm和13.6~18.5 cm,2和3级根长则达3.2~5.0和2.0~3.1 cm。处理组合间除1级根数和3级根长外,其余6个根系指标均达到显著(P<0.05)或极显著差异(P<0.01)。1份松树皮与2份菌根土的基质能提高扦插生根率及促进根系生长和发育;0.35 g/L的IAA处理穗条对促进根系发育有显著影响(P<0.05),0.16 g/L的IBA则对促进1级根发育与生长有极显著影响(P<0.01)。A2B3C1(基质为1份松树皮与2份菌根,0.5g/L IAA,与0.16g/L IBA的混合激素溶液)组合效果最佳,其生根率达到40.0%。Taking 1-year-old top shoots which were from 2-year-oldPinus yunnanensis seedlings served as cuttings,the experiments of different mixed solutions of IBA and IAA were implemented to treat the cuttings in three substrates by L9(34)orthogonal design.These experiments included total 11 treatment combinations(two control groups).Results showed that rooting rates of 7 treatments were from 5.6%to 40.0%,except for 4 treatments without rooting;the numbers of the first-order to third-order lateral roots(LRs)were from 1.8 to 2.4,5.6 to 16.4 and 0.4 to 5.0,respectively.The basal diameter(BD)and length of the first-order lateral roots were from 0.57 to 2.14 mm and 13.6 to 18.5 cm,respectively;the lengths of the second-order and third-order lateral roots were from 3.2 to 5.0 and 2.0 to 3.1 cm,respectively.Differences of 6 root parameters were significant(P<0.05)or extremely significant(P<0.01),except for the numbers of first-order lateral roots and the length of the third-order lateral roots.1 pine bark and 2 mycorhizal soil would facilitate the rooting percents,root development and growth.The cuttings with 0.35 g/L of IAA solution had significant effects on improving root development(P<0.05),while 0.16 g/L IBA solution had extremely significant effects on promoting the development and growth of first-order lateral roots(P<0.01).In this experiment,A2B3C1(The substrate was 1 pine dark and 2 mycorhizal soil and a mixed hormone solution was 0.5 g/LIAA and 0.16 g/L IBA.)was the best combination,and rooting rate reached 40.0%.
