摘　　要：供给侧结构性改革是中国经济发展进入新常态的必然要求,而财政政策作为宏观调控的主要手段之一,其调控思路及实施方式将直接作用于供给端,进而影响产业结构的调整效果。本文以财政政策为主线,围绕财政政策与产业结构调整的关联关系、财政政策对产业结构调整的总量与结构效应等问题进行了研究,并从供给侧视角提出优化财政政策调控的思路。Supply side structural reform is an inevitable requirement for China's economic development to enter the new normal.Fiscal policy,as one of the main means of macroeconomic regulation,will directly affect the supply side and influence the adjustment effect of industrial structure.Based on fiscal policy,this paper studies the relationship between fiscal policy and industrial structure adjustment,the effect of fiscal policy on the total and structural adjustment of industrial structure,and puts forward the idea of optimizing fiscal policy regulation from the perspective of supply side.
