对榆树市备春耕生产情况的调查

摘　　要：2018年中央一号文件确定"实施乡村振兴战略是党的十九大作出的重大决策部署,是决胜全面建成小康社会,全面建设社会主义国家的重大历史任务,是新时期‘三农’工作总抓手"。作为产粮大县的榆树市长期以来把乡村振兴的焦点放在农业生产上,注重备春耕生产资料、资金等方面的投入。我们对榆树市备春耕生产情况进行了深入的调查,共走访了榆树市农业局、农经总站、20户农户,2个农业种植合作社,3个农资销售企业、8家涉农金融机构,根据调查情况我们提出相关政策建议,供参考。In 2018,the central No.1 document confirmed that"the implementation of the strategy of Rural Revitalization is the nineteen major decision of the party,which is the major historical task of building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a socialist country in an all-round way,and is the master's master of the"three rural"work in the new period.As a large grain producing county,Yushu city has been focusing on rural production for a long time,focusing on the investment in spring production,capital and so on.According to the deployment of the superior line,we made an in-depth investigation on the production of spring ploughing in Yushu City,and visited the Agricultural Bureau of Yushu City,the total station of the agricultural economy,20 households,2 agricultural planting cooperatives,3 agricultural sales enterprises and 8 agricultural financial institutions.
