摘　　要：本文结合创新教育的实施过程,阐述了我校大学生创新教育模式,通过营造创新环境,建立完善组织机构及政策措施,制定有效的管理模式及运行机制,鼓励教师参与创新实践指导,激发学生自主学习,积极参与课外科技创新活动,形成切实可行的创新教育体系,取得较好的成效。This paper presented the innovative education mode for students in our university,based on the implementation process of innovation education.This mode could establish and improve the organizational structure and policy measures,and develop effective management model and operational mechanism by creating a favorable environment for innovation.In order to encourage teachers guide students to participate in innovation and practice,stimulate students to selfstudy and actively participate in extracurricular scientific and technological innovation activities.Finally,a workable innovation education system is developed.The system can achieve better results.
