摘 要:为确定内流式电磁流量计在水平井中测量油水两相流流量的效果,采用集流的方式在油水两相流模拟井水平井中进行了流量测量及标定实验。实验结果表明,在集流的条件下,高流量、高含水率时,内流式电磁流量计的流量测量结果不受含水率变化的影响,并与清水中的标定结果无明显差别;流量较低时,用清水中的标定结果计算油水两相流流量误差大,可以采取分流的方法减小误差并拓宽流量测量下限。另外,目前的两电极电磁流量计在水平井中进行测量时,测量结果不受测量电极所处位置的影响。现场应用结果表明,可以采用集流式电磁流量计进行水平井油水两相流流量的测量,测量结果准确可靠。In order to determine the effect of the application of the internal-flow electromagnetic flowmeter for measuring oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal wells,the flow measurement and calibration experiments are carried out in the oil-water two-phase flow simulation horizontal well flow by the means of collecting flow.The result analysis of experimental data shows that under the condition of collecting flow,when flow rate and water content are high,the measurement results of the internal flow electromagnetic flowmeter are not affected by the change of water content,and the measurement results have no obvious difference with the calibration results in clear water.When the flow rate is low,the measurement error of oil-water two-phase flow calculated by the calibration results in clear water is relatively large,so the method of dividing flow can be used to reduce the measurement error and widen the lower limit of the flow measurement.In addition,when the electromagnetic flowmeter with two electrodes is used to measure in horizontal wells,the measurement result is not affected by the position of the measuring electrode.Field application result shows that electromagnetic flowmeter can be used to measure the flow of oil-water two-phase flow in horizontal wells,and the measurement results are accurate and reliable.
